About

A scrappy start, still scrappy now.

I started my career in the music industry where many moons ago I had dreams of being a producer. Eventually, I found my way into tech, and in 2018, I became the first marketing hire at a 16-person AI startup with zero ad budget and a lot of ambition.

That experience shaped everything. I was running sales demos, writing chatbot scripts, hunting for leads, launching a podcast, and figuring out which messages actually resonated with real people. I learned fast and got to create the playbook in real time.

I bring that same scrappy energy to my work today. I love working with teams that are just starting to build their growth engine, whether that's because they don't have a marketing team yet, or they're ready to test something new. I like to figure out what's working in the industry and then find our own creative angle.

When I'm not in front of a laptop, I'm probably on a dance floor, catching a flight, or eating penne vodka.

  • I plan, run, and optimize paid programs end to end. That includes account structure, audience strategy, creative testing, and CPA reduction. We also have a monthly strategy review where we look at what's working and what to scale or test next.

  • I run a full website and competitor audit to figure out where a brand can become more visible, both in traditional search and inside LLMs like Claude and ChatGPT From there, I do the keyword and topic research that determines what content to actually make. The output is a content plan tied to visibility and the analytics structure to track it.

  • For new products, new segments, or new markets. I help founders and marketing leads figure out what message lands, which channels are worth showing up in, and what the first 90 days of a launch should actually look like.

  • For teams between hires, or for founders who want a senior marketer in the seat before committing to a full-time CMO. I run the function, manage vendors and agencies, and report into the founder or leadership team.

  • Sometimes the answer isn't ads - it's a referral program, a podcast, or a partnership. I help teams figure out where their next 100 customers can come from and build the system to get them there.
